We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Personal Assistant / Data Analyst to join our team. As a Personal Assistant/Data Analyst, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks that directly help the owners of the company keep up with daily tasks. You’ll go through several email accounts, responding to questions and data requests. You’ll also review monthly reports and enter data into excel-based spreadsheets to track critical metrics. Occasionally, you’ll need to sync calendars, set up appointments (including phone calls, texts, etc), communicate and follow up to ensure others complete taskings on time, internet research of a location, property, sub-market or subject. Several times per month you’ll be on conference calls to take notes and record action items. There’s a lot to learn and we’ll provide proper training for all responsibilities. While many job duties are the same at certain times of the month, there are always new and exciting things happening every week!
Responsibilities:
– Manage email volume; respond and answer to emails and determine which emails require higher level attention and response.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using various software tools.
– Combine and analyze data from different reports, create “at-a-glance” charts to identify trends and key metric performance
– Provide general administrative support; managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
– Strictly follow due dates for tasks and projects.
– Conduct online research and use online tools to find solutions to problems.
– Provide support in handling clients’ queries and concerns, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

Location
This is a remote position – Our home base is in Texas and New Jersey, USA, so company operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5pm MST (UTC -5). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day. We will need to sync up in real-time several times during the day while you work on your project/tasks.
Requirements
– Personal Computer with (reliable) Internet Access
– Availability to participate in (bi-weekly) audio/video meetings between the hours 8 am – 5 pm PST
– Available for 40+ hours per week (this is a full-time position)
