Position Overview: As a Data Analyst and PowerBI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, as well as designing and developing intuitive dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Excel, and MSSQL. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
You will effectively be quarterbacking our leads for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
• Collect, clean, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business outcomes.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PowerBI to communicate key insights and performance metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and answer critical questions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
Qualifications:
• You must be at least intermediate with Excel
• PowerBI experience is a Major Plus
• MSSQL experience is a Plus
• Must be committed to improve our Business Process.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
