High-Level of Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Strategic Reporter to analyze individual and departmental performance, as well as identify and track trends, who has historically worked for top firms such as Accenture, Cognizant, PwC, McKinsey, Deloitte, EY, and the like. Former BPOs (business process optimization experts) may also be successful in this role. You have the technical chops of a data analyst and quality assurance professional but the guidance and leadership experience of a manager.)

Familiarity with the reporting engines such as Tableau, Sales Force, Wrike, ClickUp, and databases such as SQL, MongoDB, and Power BI will also benefit you in this role, as well as extensive experience in Excel/Google Sheets formulas.

The ideal candidate will have worked with firms beyond $100M in revenue.

You must be able to assimilate current business processes, relate them to the attributes being measured, and create/provide accurate and easy-to-understand reporting along with trend analysis and insight into the operation of the departments.

This individual will report directly to the Director of Operations and should feel confident making suggestions on enriching each department’s output, based on trend analysis findings.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Quality Analyst with a background in structuring large sets of data, data modeling and creating meaningful, concise reports for the Leadership Team.

Your Responsibilities:

a. Design and create strategies for measuring departmental productivity based on both daily activities and final results/outcomes
b. Conduct a specified count of team member performance scorecards and audits by auditing phone calls
c. Create and produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD analysis that is published with the Managers, Directors, and CEO’s office.
d. Create departmental dashboards, capturing trends and performance of each employee, as well as insights to the “why” and proposed solutions for improvement
e. Find performance and process gaps and areas for improvement
f. Communicate with on-site and offshore teams as necessary to identify parameters
g. Record all issues that hamper productivity and work with the appropriate department head to overcome constraints
h. Showcase trends to ensure that it is used to coach other members of the departments
i. Ensure compliance, quality, consistency, and delivery timeliness of reports, dashboards, and intelligence
j. Collect and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters
k. Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to increase productivity

Your Qualifications:

a. Bachelor’s degree in data science or like field and actual, practical experience in data analysis and reporting
b. 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating dynamic, complex reports and relaying content of said reports to leadership and CEO, and making recommendations about departmental improvement
c. Master experience level in Google Sheets formulas/coding/relationship to other data sheets, BI tools (such as Tableau), database tools, Salesforce, project management tools (such as Wrike and ClickUp)
d. Six Sigma or similar (preferred)
e. Proven, tangible ability to drive what varying departmental funnels, processes, and performance behaviors should look like
f. Personality traits: energetic, attention to detail, punctual, honesty, and integrity
g. Available to work from home from 4am EST to 12pm EST
h. Impeccable proficiency in English (spoken and written)
