Data Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business insights and strategy.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools.
Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Data Quality Assurance: Implement measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sources and outputs.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
Reporting and Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop analytical solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
Documentation: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
Expertise in data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Must have solid English oral and written communication skills to be successful in this role
