Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst/Underwriting Tech to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst/Underwriting Tech will be responsible for entering all the data from documents into different databases while verifying data discrepancies. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Data Analytics and eager to contribute their expertise to our growing organization.

Job Description:

Parse, clean, and organize large amounts of data related to well names and API numbers in Excel spreadsheets.

Verify and maintain data accuracy and completeness, including identifying and correcting errors.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Develop and implement procedures for data entry and management, including quality control measures.

Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Preferable accounting, data entry background or other relevant experience related to working with data

Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail

Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets

Proactive in communicating with the team any identified areas of opportunity

Excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks within set deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information

Must be willing to work on US Business hours

Must be available to work full-time for 40hrs per week
