Data Analytics – Performance Analyst

SCOPE

The data analyst role shall be focused on but not limited to analysis and processing of business processes and initiatives to ensure attainment of the organization’s goals and objectives. This role is also responsible for activities that support creation and management of dashboards and reports which will guide the management’s decision-making process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Building and designing reports from multiple data sources exported from varied systems and tools
* Generating and updating daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI reports to be used in tracking and evaluating team performance
* Work in direct partnership with leadership to understand the organization needs around data analysis and data processing aimed towards implementing data-driven decisions
* Accountable for real-time reporting, documenting and diagnosing trends on key performance metrics
* Implementing processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, forecasting and validation for organization-wide data
* Executes marketing response forecasts and owns the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting and analysis
*Develop, maintain, and update process related handbook for all aspects of the role

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or other relevant experience working with data and data analytics
* Must have experience and knowledge on performance metric analysis
* Must have Structured Query Language skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
* Inquisitive and analytical to understand root causes and patterns in data
* Proactive in communicating with the team any identified areas of opportunity
* Excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks within set deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organization
* Strong quantitative skills in data management and application of statistical tools and models
* Must be willing to work on US Business hours
* Experience on workforce management with a call center company is an advantage
