Data and Dashboard Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Data and Dashboard Specialist to play an integral role in providing technology and data support for the company and our clients. The candidate should be passionate and excited about growing a marketing agency that helps small businesses grow.

We are Social Marketing 180, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps small businesses in the Health, Beauty & Wellness industry, primarily Cryo Therapies/Med Spas grow their businesses through marketing automation.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for acquiring data and making sure that the data needed for decision-making are readily available for the decision-makers.
Create, update, and maintain digital dashboards with the data gathered
Create and submit data collation reports.
Master Data Management and visualization while supporting data integrity.
Lead and advise on best practices to integrate data, etc.
Lead and Manage automation projects
Lead and manage GHL accounts, workflows, triggers, landing pages, integrations, etc.
Oversee resolution of tech support issues of the team.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Helping develop reports and analysis.
Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Identify and resolve dashboard-related issues.
Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data & Dashboard Specialist for at least 2 years.
Proven experience in spreadsheets (Excel/Google), and Google Data Studio/Powerbi for at least 2 years.
Proven expertise in Go High-level for at least 2 years.
Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools and database management systems.
Ability to manage time efficiently, effectively handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, as well as meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work-from-home setup with at least 20 Mbps main internet service provider; 4GB RAM; at least an i5 processor
Backup internet connection with at least 20mbps and backup power that can last up to 8 hours.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
