Data Automations Analyst

Job Description: As a Data Automations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our invoicing and pricing models through the strategic use of data automation and analysis. You will be responsible for integrating various data sources, developing automation scripts, and creating dashboards that help streamline our operations and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:
>>Design and implement automation solutions for data collection, processing, and analysis to enhance efficiency across invoicing and pricing systems.
>>Work closely with IT and operations teams to integrate disparate systems such as ShipHero, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks into a cohesive data framework.
>>Develop and manage real-time data processing systems to assign costs accurately and promptly to each order.
>>Audit and monitor shipping bills and rates, ensuring that our flat-rate pricing model accurately covers all costs and maintains profitability.
>>Analyze carrier rate proposals and develop tools to normalize and compare these rates effectively.
>>Create and maintain dashboards in Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI to provide actionable insights on operational performance.
>>Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of data integration and automation in reducing manual input and potential errors.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and automation, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce environment.
Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and API integrations.
Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analytics and visualization tools.
Knowledge of logistics software platforms, particularly ShipHero, is highly advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
