Data Collecting

Create a master excel or google sheets (preferrably a Google Sheets shared document) document – Need research collected on specific individuals, film production companies, film directors, film producers, upcoming film projects in development, mainly but not limited to the New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles markets.
For each item researched- I would like information broken out in each column including the individual /entities’:
– Highlights- such as birthdays, hobbies, recent events attended, affiliated associations — all which can be pulled from individual’s social media accounts.
– Social Media Handle(s)
– Contact information / and / or website URL
Master Spreadsheet to be updated once a week, gathering information from sites such as IMDb, Backstage, Variety, Deadline, Hollywood reporter, playbill, and indywire.
Specifically for IMDBpro site, I can give you my login so you can see what projects are currently “in development” and start with the New York and surrounding areas, as well as Atlanta, Georgia.
I’d like to have the most recent projects at the very top of the spreadsheet, with the link to the article source.
Specifically production companies such as A24, Blumhouse, MARVEL, Disney, any action film or tv show such as horror genre and series like the Walking Dead.
List out any Director and Casting Director attached to each project.
Include highlights of each individual, such as birthdays, hobbies, events attended, affiliated associations — all which can be pulled from individual’s social media accounts. Overall need to know what is going on film production to get ahead of the curve.
For Casting Directors researched, please include:
any upcoming workshops she./he/they will be running and/ or attending or events attending in the New York and surrounding area.
Include all recently completed casting, current casting, and upcoming casting. Include the style of shows / films / projects they may specialize in, any passions or hobbies, education history (schools attended and graduated as well as any secondary training or previous industry experience other than entertainment. for example, if they worked in Information Technology, or graduated from the Yale Drama Department
