Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) – Sourcing Survey Templates and Copying Survey Questions and Answers into an MSFT Word document.
Purpose:
The purpose of this SOP is to provide guidelines for sourcing the top survey templates and copying survey questions and answers. This process ensures the availability of reliable survey data for research or analysis purposes. The goal is to create a word document with as many examples of surveys with questions and a list of answers.
Procedure:
1. Choose a survey template from the recommended list and source other websites with surveys to compile
2. Navigate to surveys: Explore the website and locate the section or page where survey templates are available
3. Choose a survey: Select a survey
4. Copy survey question: Highlight and copy the survey question using the appropriate method (e.g., right-click and select “Copy” or use keyboard shortcuts).
5. Paste the survey question into a word document
6. Copy survey answer options associated with the question
7. Paste survey answer options: Insert the copied answer options into the same document or text editor, aligning them with the corresponding question.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 for each survey selected from the websites until the desired number of survey questions and answers is obtained.

Documentation:
Maintain a record of where the survey was sourced, including the URLs and brief descriptions of the survey. Save the copied survey questions and answers in a suitable Word document
