Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data, CRM, and Product Analysis Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s data, CRM system, and conducting product analysis to support our business operations and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have proficient experience in working with the following tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, Data management systems, Company process systems, CRM platforms, and Email marketing software.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective data management strategies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
– Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools to analyze and interpret data, and generate reports and visualizations for various stakeholders.
– Manage and maintain the CRM system, including data entry, customization, user access, and troubleshooting.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct product analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and potential opportunities for product development and enhancement.
– Work closely with the marketing team to leverage data insights for targeted email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
– Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management, CRM, and product analysis, and make recommendations for process improvements and tool enhancements.
– Train and educate team members on data management, CRM usage, and product analysis techniques.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
– Should be very proficient with Linkedin Navigator and CHATGPT/AI
– Proficient experience in working with Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, and other data analysis tools.
– Strong knowledge of CRM systems and experience in managing and customizing them to meet business needs.
– Familiarity with email marketing software and best practices for targeted campaigns.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
– Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
– Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in the industry or domain related to the company’s products/services is a plus.
