The Role:
We are seeking an Excel and Google Sheets Specialist with profound experience in developing complex inventory management systems. This role will require a systems thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of designing and implementing a robust and scalable inventory solution. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain a complex inventory management system using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
– Integrate advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scripts to automate data processes and enhance system functionality.
– Work closely with our team to understand inventory needs, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
– Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and support strategic planning efforts.
– Ensure system scalability and adaptability to accommodate business growth and changing requirements.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, VBA scripting (for Excel), and Apps Script (for Google Sheets).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
– Excellent understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
– Proficiency in English, with outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Data Science) is preferred.
– Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
