The Data Entry Specialist at Bridge The Gap Marketing plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales data for the company’s direct sales operations. Working closely with 50 to 75 independent contractors, the specialist is responsible for inputting, organizing, and maintaining sales data. The primary focus is to generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports tailored to the needs of both independent contractors and the CEO.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. **Data Entry:** Accurately enter sales data into the company database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
2. **Report Generation:** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports summarizing key metrics and achievements for independent contractors and the CEO.
3. **Data Management:** Organize and maintain sales data, ensuring easy accessibility and data integrity.
4. **Communication:** Distribute sales reports promptly to independent contractors and the CEO, facilitating effective communication of performance metrics.
5. **Quality Control:** Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy of entered data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
6. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and resolve any data-related queries promptly.

8. **Ad Hoc Support:** Provide additional data-related support as requested by the management team.
