REMOTE Data Entry and Chat Specialist Position
The FilosoFitness Academy is EXPANDING!

Our company is progressing quickly… and I mean FAST! The results of our clients almost seem contagious! So much that we have to hold off on enrolling more people because we need to make some solid additions to our team (and it could be you!)

Over the past few years, we have had a dream of building an online health and fitness business but everything we tried just made it seem impossible. UNTIL May 2020. FINALLY, all of the trial and error began to fall into place.

Within a matter of 12 months, the FFA has enrolled over 100 dedicated men and women in our virtual health and fitness coaching program. This is an important number to us as we are providing a 1-1, personalized service rather than just giving busy professionals a plan and saying “good luck” as most online fitness businesses do. We also take pride in preparing healthy meals for their families!

The great news is, we are looking to transform even MORE busy professional’s lives!

We are looking to hire someone positive, self-motivated, and READY to grow with us!

Specifically, we are looking for a virtual Data Entry and Chat Specialist that will help us start the process of empowering busy pros to create health, wellness and true energy. In the FFA, we apply science and more importantly, holistic knowledge and strategy to the way they reach their goals (we do not sell supplements or any other fad-diet things. We coach busy professionals to a life of health & happiness by building sustainable healthy habits). You would literally change people’s lives WHILE working from home every day!

This position is NOT for someone who:
Is seeking a full-time position right away
Doesn’t have a strong work ethic
Has an unpredictable schedule in their current routine
Is looking for a coaching position
Is unable to follow a structured workflow and is highly undisciplined

THE ROLE:
The Data Entry/Chat Specialist is someone who is going to enter recipe and grocery information into designated client management software. They will then submit online ingredients grocery orders for personal chef professional. They will assist with new client onboarding and relationship-building communications. They will eventually move into promptly and kindly answer all questions and concerns of Busy professionals who are interested in joining the FilosoFitness Academy in an ultimate effort to get that individual to schedule a time for a free consultation and show up to that appointment. The position will require consistent monitoring and communication using our social platforms (via Instagram and Facebook). This role is responsible for acting as the starter to our sales funnel. This person must keep up to date on the latest content that is to be released on our social media platforms, as well as stay on top of current trends in our industry to ensure the most efficient nurturing of our leads. This person will be evaluated on their communication and influential skills, knowledge of our health and fitness programs, and the ability to effectively nurture leads. This person is also required to monitor the systems and inform management of any issues that may need to be addressed sooner rather than later.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personal Chef client data entry
Interact and encourage current clients
Interact and encourage new/current leads via social media
Add incoming prospects to the company’s Facebook group
Move all prospects to the proper stages of the sales funnel using Google Sheets (must enjoy recording data for tracking leads)
Document all interactions with all prospects in the notes of the company portal
Educate prospects on our services
Record ALL interactions with prospects
Consistent availability for working hours as well as training hours
Attend weekly huddles
Identify ‘HOT’ issues that may need immediate action
Work with product innovation to plan out what documentation needs to be adjusted, added, or removed.
Follow up on all requests and concerns discovered while operating new conversations
Must communicate effectively with team members

RESULTS:
Answer all lead questions promptly and in an efficient way
Nurture all leads to schedule a free appointment and show up
Provide timely feedback to management when asked
Use Google Sheets as a base to track lead progress as well as daily/ongoing tasks so the operational team can estimate accommodations accurately

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent internal and external communication skills, especially written

Fully Remote
