Consolidated Insurance Brokers ( ) is looking to hire an amazing Data Entry and Administration Assistant to join our thriving team who can be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert in various tasks in general insurance.

We are looking for an incredibly smart person who demonstrates lateral thinking, sharp attention to detail, and works with confidence and pride in their accuracy. You will be expected to develop strong visual acuity toward company standard formatting and use your initiative to adjust document formatting accordingly. You must have full professional proficiency and perfect spoken English as a requirement. Are you this person?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Writing Manual Schedules (core task)
-Transcribe information from PDF documents provided by insurers onto CIB templates within Microsoft Word using high standards of formatting required with CIB guidelines

2. Commercial Letter-writing (core task)
-Check that all necessary process steps are complete when you receive the task; and refer back to other team members if anything is incomplete (e.g. funding not yet requested).
-Read and comprehend commercial insurance policies and use that information to pre-populate CIB commercial letter templates.
-Simplify insurance clauses into plain English for the client to understand using the CIB OneNote directory.
-Check all necessary documents (e.g. Invoice, Policy Wording) are attached and correct.
-Ensure letters are completed to a high standard of Microsoft Office. Formatting in line with CIB guidelines, and all invoices are appropriately re-named according to standard conventions.

3. Domestic Insurance (core task)
-Read and comprehend existing domestic policies or instructions from Account Managers to obtain information to quote.
-Once complete, use all available information to quote domestic policies with our full panel of insurers.
-Transcribe this information into our letter templates explaining the outcomes of the quoting process.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum requirement of Band 8 (IELTS) or C1/C2 (CEFR) level in English. You must have exemplary attention to detail and accuracy in the English language.
-High level understanding of formatting inside Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This will be tested via a written test and during a second job interview.
-Adherence to set format rules (e.g. tables, borders and shading, font, line spacing, bullets, indentation, lists, etc.)
-You will work from home, and you must have a computer with 2 screens with fast home internet connection and a mobile data backup. You will be trained in Webinar / Video Calling sessions with our Australian staff who will train and coach you and you will be supported by our established Manila staff. This will require you to be on video calls at various times through the day.

WHAT’S IN STORE FOR YOU?
-Above average industry standard compensation basic monthly salary starting from PHP 40,000.
-Monthly Performance-based bonus of up to PHP 5,000.
-Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
-13th month (basic monthly pay in December).

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS?
Step 1:

Step 2:
We will send you a written test which consists of a Microsoft Word formatting test, a comprehension and writing test and a basic financial maths literacy test. Your submissions will be screened through anti-AI software.

Step 3:
If you pass our test we will organise a Microsoft Teams Job Interview.

Step 4:
If you pass our Job Interview, we will get you to complete another Microsoft Word formatting test, sharing your screen with us in a video chat to show how proficient you are at Microsoft Word formatting – things such as document margins, line spacing, borders, hex codes, highlighting, superscript, page break, replace, bullets, indentation, not breaking row and outline formats

Step 5:
We’ll offer a job if you pass the screen sharing formatting test.
