Consolidated Insurance Brokers ( ) is looking to hire an amazing Data Entry and Administration Assistant who can be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert in our tasks.

We’re looking for a incredibly smart, happy, efficient person, with proficient written and spoken english skills who learns quickly while having excellent attention to detail. Are you this person?

PLEASE READ this whole job advertisement carefully and follow the instructions below:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Writing Manual Schedules (core task)
• Translate information from PDF documents provided by insurers onto CIB templates within Microsoft Word using high standards of formatting required with CIB guidelines

2. Commercial Letter-writing (core task)
• Check that all necessary process steps are complete when you receive the task; and refer back to other team members if anything is incomplete (e.g. funding not yet requested)
• Read and comprehend commercial insurance policies and use that information to pre-populate CIB commercial letter templates
• Translate insurance clauses into plain English for the client to understand using the CIB OneNote directory
• Check all necessary documents (e.g. Invoice, Policy Wording) are attached and correct
• Ensure letters are completed to a high standard of Microsoft Office Formatting in line with CIB guidelines, and all invoices are appropriately re-named

3. Shared Outlook Mailbox & Receipts/Debtors (core task)
• Save emails sent from shared mailboxes using CIB Document Naming Standards
• Read incoming emails and save and update CIB records.
• Issue Receipts or Certificates of Currency up customer payment or request and update CIB records
• Prepare Debtor email reminders to Customers and update CIB records

Working Conditions:
You will work from home (and have an awesome fast and reliant internet connection with mobile data backup) and will need a computer with 2 screens to manage the workflow. You will join into a daily Webinar / Video Calling sessions with our Australian staff who will train and coach you. You will be in this video calling session daily until you are proficient in your tasks (on average 4-6 months).

Systems and Processes:
CIB uses a range of different systems and infrastructure to provide our services to clients, including but not limited to:
1. Insight (client and document management system)
2. Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote etc)
3. Clickup (workflow management system)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 9/10 English communication skills or better. We need you to have exemplary attention to detail and accuracy skills in the English language.
• High Level Understanding of formatting inside Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. (we will test you for this both in a written test and a second job interview)
• Follow existing set format rules (for example: tables, borders and shading, font, line spacing, bullets, and lists, etc)
• Fix formatting errors.
• Basic financial math literacy. You need to be able to do basic math with percentages.
• Very good writing skills.
• Very good eye for detail.
• Fast home internet connection with mobile data backup.

WHAT’S IN STORE FOR YOU?
• Above average industry standard compensation basic monthly salary PHP 35,000-50,000 depending on personal qualities.
• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monthly Performance-based bonus of up to PHP 5,000
• We will credit you up to PHP 2,000 per month for HMO.

Step 1:

• We will send you a written test which consists of a Microsoft Word formatting test, a comprehension and writing test and a basic financial maths literacy test.

Step 3:
• If you pass our test we will organise a Microsoft Teams Job Interview.

Step 4:
• If you pass our Job Interview, we will get you to complete another Microsoft Word formatting test, sharing your screen with us in a video chat to show how proficient you are at Microsoft Word formatting – things such as document margins, line spacing, borders, hex codes, highlighting, superscript, page break, replace, bullets, indentation, do not break row and outline formatting.

Step 5:
• We’ll offer a job if you pass the screen sharing formatting test.
