DATA ENTRY – AFFILIATE MARKETING

Hi,

I am looking to hire a virtual assistant for long term cooperation on several IT and online marketing related projects. However, I would like to point out at the beginning that my assignments will not be regular. Sometimes I will need more time from you sometimes less. I looking for a person who is familiar with:

– Very good ability to use microsoft office
– Knowledge of marketing (especially affiliate marketing industry)
– Preparation of reports
– Creating market reaserch (Creating contact databases, or sourcing advertising materials)
– Creating content for the website
– High personal culture – ability to write formal e-mails (to business partners)

The above are just some of the expected skills. Over time, with closer cooperation, I will expect to perform other more complicated activities, which of course I will show you how to do.

Currently, one of our projects we are working on is a project which will be a software-as-a-service product. A customer who pays for a subscription will be able to add their domains to our tool. Our tool will inform customers in real time when something happens to their domain, e.g. it gets blocked, or for example the SSL certificate expires.
Now let me tell you why someone might use such a tool. The first industry we will target is the affiliate marketing industry. It happens very often that a promoter of affiliate programs available in affilaite networks (you absolutely must know how the affilaite marketing industry works) buys an ad for example on facebook or tik tok, and after some time his domain is blocked, which he may not notice immediately and all the while he is losing money on advertising.

As our first target will be the affinity industry, we need a database of contacts that includes different types of places where our potential customers will be located.

I specify such terms in the database as:

If something is not clear to you then of course go ahead and ask, I will answer and help you with all the questions that give you problems. As you can see next to each group I gave the number of contacts/groups/websites I am interested in to start with. If your reaserch is good we will slowly increase this base. There are many places on the Internet where you can find information on the best forums, conferences, groups on Telegram related to affiliate marketing. However, I would ask you to do a thorough reaserch, because if you just type in google affiliate marketing affiliate networks will pop up a large general affiliate networks (not interested in such). We depend on good and well-known networks such as The Fellas Ads, Advidi, Yep Ads, The Supreme Media as you need more examples please let me know.

I think I have described in some detail what our tool will do and for whom it will be aimed. I also described what I expect from you.
