Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analysis professional with extensive experience and knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and generating reports, correcting data inaccuracies, and assisting in the development of actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize MS Excel and MS Access to create and generate detailed reports.
– Correct missing or inadequate data in reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
– Assist in evaluating reports to develop actionable strategies and recommendations.
– Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
– Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with MS Excel and MS Access, including advanced functions and features.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Previous experience in a similar data-oriented role.
– Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and software.
– Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
