Job Type: Part Time

About Us:
We are a dynamic company specializing in providing cutting-edge software and programs to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves transferring data from Discord to Google Sheets and assisting customers with their inquiries via Telegram chat and email.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Accurately transfer data from Discord to Google Sheets.
Ensure all data entries are precise and up-to-date.

Customer Service via Telegram:
Assist customers with general subscription questions.
Provide guidance on how to access our tools and services.
Advise customers during system maintenance or downtimes.
Respond to various customer inquiries regarding our software and programs.

Email Support:
Occasionally respond to customer emails as they come in.

Macro Creation:
Develop customer service macros for frequently asked questions to streamline responses.

Training:
Complete training via provided Loom videos to understand job responsibilities and tools.

Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and Discord.
Experience with Telegram or similar chat platforms.
Ability to create and use macros for customer service.
Flexible working hours within the UK timezone of 9 AM to 3 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry and customer service.
Familiarity with software and tech support.
Able to work flexibly during the UK timezone.
