The Role:We are on the lookout for a Part-Time Data Entry and Google Sheets Specialist, available to work remotely after 3 PM HST. This crucial role demands a high level of precision and responsiveness, as it involves managing significant datasets, crafting intricate Google Sheets formulas, and understanding currency exchange dynamics. The specialist will be instrumental in monitoring rate fluctuations for our partner resorts and programs and conducting detailed comparisons with leading booking platforms such as Agoda and Click to view.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, maintain, and refine advanced Google Sheets formulas for data analysis purposes, including currency conversion and rate monitoring.
* Perform detailed research and comparison tasks against competitors like Agoda and Click to view for strategic insights.
* Manage add-on tools for the real-time tracking of currency exchange rates and related financial metrics.
* Ensure the highest levels of data accuracy and integrity through diligent data entry and verification activities.
* Adapt to frequent data and task updates, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
* Collaborate with our team to leverage data in enhancing our services and client satisfaction, while staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated expertise in data entry with an advanced skill set in Google Sheets, including complex formula creation and add-on usage.
* Familiarity with currency exchange principles and the integration of live data into financial analyses.
* Experience with in-depth comparative research, ideally within the travel sector or similar fields.
* Exceptional analytical and research abilities, capable of extracting insights from voluminous data sets.
* High responsiveness to frequent changes and updates, with a strong focus on precision.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity,
