Responsibilities:

Input, verify, and maintain data accurately and efficiently in our databases.
Prospect and create leads to identify appropriate clients within the target market.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Support data cleaning and normalisation processes to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organise data from various sources.
Assist in generating reports and preparing data visualisations to present insights.
Assist with CRM database management (HubSpot)
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
Conduct research to gather additional information when needed.
Help improve data entry processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

At least a High school diploma or a minimum 6 months equivalent experience
Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and data entry software.
Experience using Hubspot a must!
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in data entry or related fields is required.
