The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, adept with CRM software, and a quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
– Organize and manage large datasets.
– Maintain and update contact lists.
– Upload and manage contacts within various CRM systems.
2. Excel Proficiency:
– Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
– Utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions to analyze data.
– Generate reports and dashboards as needed.
3. CRM Management:
– Ensure data integrity within CRM systems.
– Perform regular data clean-ups and updates.
– Assist in the integration and migration of data between systems.
4. Adaptability:
– Quickly learn new tools and software as required.
– Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices for data management.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
