The “Click to view.” (Click to view) is a Boutique Recruitment Agency from Germany. Holding a high reputation in the market place for more than 15 years now. We are operating in the german speaking market within the IT-/Telco-/Digi-Niche, placing high calibered Candidates to small to mid size local companies.

Currently we are in the transformation to become an “ARA”, an “Automated Recruitment Agency”. Therefore we invested into high performing automation tools. So we are entering the stage of “Data Management & Clearing”. We aim to create a “Data Management Hub” on the PH to take care on high data quality, data management and data crawling acties. We`d like to ensure a highest possible data quality as a solid base for our Recruitment campaigns we are driving based on accurate data.

Tasks of the role:
– Cleaning up current data in the CRM (Loxo)
– Uploading and customizing exernal data, organizing into campaign lists to prepair for our Consultants
– Creating data reports and KPI-lists

Requested Skills for the role:
– Expert in handling Excel-/CSV-Datasheets
– Perfect analytical skills to ident data missmatches
– High data entering skills, manual and via import tools
– Very high data crawling & investigation competencies, finding phone-numbers, personal eMails-adresses, etc. on www, dedicated portals (LinkedIn, Xing o.e.)
– Bachelor and Master degrees are welcome

Technical trequirements:
– Max. possible bandwith on local Internet access
– Linked-In profile, adjusted to our brand incl. VPN to a german server, for being recognized as a german user
– State-oft the-art MS Office package (365)
– HighSpeed desktop PC/Laptop with excellent camera and noise reduction microfon + Headset with noise reduction
– Dedicated Mobile-phone/ or landline-number, used for our brand
