Data Entry – Sales

Some of the responsibilities:
– Position will be very data entry heavy
– Entering names, emails, and phone numbers into a spreadsheet
– Sending out sales emails using a series of templates
– Managing groups of leads to determine who is needs to get initial, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. emails
– Managing an email inbox and moving messages to inboxes and folders as well as forwarding crucial emails to the sales team

What I need from you:
– Ability to follow instructions: I pride myself on being highly organized and specific. Rest assured, I would never ask you to do anything I haven’t done myself. While my expectations are high, it is this level of attention to detail that sets us apart from our competition. It not only helps us secure more business but, more importantly, allows us to retain that business.

– Organization and resourcefulness: This is crucial. For instance, we don’t want to send the same person an email twice in one day. We don’t want to miss emailing a prospective customer that is due for an email because that could be a potential customer lost

– Strong English communication skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
– Reliable internet connection: Please provide a photo showing your internet speed of 200 Mbps for both uploading and downloading.
– Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
