We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and work on 2 exciting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from product pages for the first project and collecting ad statistics from Pinterest for the second project.
Responsibilities for Project 1: Product Page Data Scraping and Catalog Management
1. Accurately extract product-related information such as product name, price, webpage URL etc. from a list of product pages.
2. Paste the scraped data into our preformatted CSV for further processing.
3. Upload the CSV file to Pinterest Product Catalogs following platform guidelines and address and rectify any errors encountered during the upload process, such as incorrect webpage URLs. You may collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues to guarantee the successful upload of all products with accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities for Project 2: Pinterest Ad Stats Data Collection
1. Precisely retrieve relevant ad statistics(ex. CPC, CTR, CPM, Pin Clicks, etc.) from Pinterest reports.
2. Organize the collected data in a systematic manner for analysis and reporting purposes.
3. Verify and cross-check data points to maintain accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Excel and data entry tools.
2. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
3. Strong organizational skills.
Duration and Transition:
The selected candidate will initially be engaged as a temporary gig worker for a period of 2-4 weeks, focusing on the completion of the outlined projects. Upon successful completion of the initial gig, there is the potential for the role to transition into a freelance arrangement. As a freelancer, the candidate may be called upon to undertake additional tasks or projects on an as-needed basis, offering flexibility in workload and schedule.
