Job Description

We need someone that can think outside of the box, someone that can work in a fast-paced environment and will work extra hours when required to ensure that all our client information is updated weekly. The ideal candidate will be persistent and resilient, confident and smart.

The successful candidate will possess solid web researcher and data mining experience related to email list development.

Also beneficial to possess good communication skills as there will be internal communication with the US teams, through email, voice, video team chat.

The Role
• Adding/editing new and existing contact information on clients to our website by matching content from our records with supplier & vendor websites
• Manage & maintain the quality of newly added contact information to our database, and providing feedback to staff and reviewing updated content
• Train others on information entry procedures and guidelines
• Create & maintain data entry documentation for our team (guides, procedures, data structure)
• Creating product database lists utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, or Access
• Assisting in the management and promotion of selected services
• Updating information from our contact lists utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets
• Executing any other general administrative tasks performed by our US-based team when required
Qualifications
• Fluent in English to communicate with clients, suppliers and internal US team
• Adept understanding of IT products (Hardware and software)
• Process driven with a high attention to detail
• Able to spot mistakes and differences in information daily
