Data Entry Specialist

**JOB OVERVIEW:**
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic data analytics team as a Data Entry Specialist and Social Media manager.
This position involves assisting our team in various data-entry missions, primarily using Google Sheets and/or Excel. Part of the job will be to manage our Facebook page and ads.

The projects you will work on mainly consist of the following:
– following up on marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads
– manage our Facebook pages and ads
No marketing skills are required, as you’ll be working with a marketing specialist.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Accurately input and update data into Excel and/or Google Sheets following established guidelines and procedures.
– Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies.
– Provide regular progress updates to project managers

**REQUIREMENTS:**
– Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulae, functions, and data manipulation.
– Strong numerical skills and comfort with working with numbers and spreadsheets.
– Detail-oriented and meticulous, with exceptional attention to accuracy and thoroughness
– Clear written communication skills (as we are a fully remote company, you need to be able to report, summarize your ideas efficiently, and communicate your energy to the team)
– Nice to have: An experience on Facebook (pages or ads)
