Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – County Public Records

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time

Hall’s Homes LLC is a real estate and investment firm located in Marietta Georgia. We have been in operation for 8 years and are looking to expand our network for more growth and opportunities.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to gather, verify, and enter information from county public records into our database. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who will eventually be able to tell the story of the leads they come across in the public records. Who owns/owned the house? How many family member’s are on title? Who has rightful ownership? You will eventually put your detective skills to use.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Retrieve property records, tax liens, foreclosure data, and other relevant information from county public records.
Data Entry: Accurately input collected data into the company’s database or CRM system.
Verification: Cross-check and verify the accuracy of data collected to ensure reliability and completeness.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of all data sources and entry activities.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on data entry activities and highlight any discrepancies or anomalies found.
Communication: Liaise with county offices and other relevant entities to resolve any issues or clarify information as needed.
Compliance: Ensure that all data collection and entry activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or a related field are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role; experience with public records is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry software and Google docs (Sheets).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real estate data or familiarity with property records.
Knowledge of database management systems or CRM software.
Ability to understand and interpret legal documents and public records.
Work Environment:

This position is remote.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace if working remotely.
