As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play an integral role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our financial data. Your credit and financial services background will be valuable in understanding the importance of precision and adherence to data standards. The role involves repetitive tasks that require focus, determination, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently enter and update financial data, encompassing credit reports, loan applications, and pertinent information, into databases and systems.
• Manage collections, address complaints, handle disputes, and provide help-desk support within the financial services or property management.
• Uphold a meticulous approach, ensuring a high level of accuracy in financial data entry to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct thorough reviews, cross-checks, and verification of data entries to promptly identify and rectify discrepancies or errors.
• Execute routine data entry tasks daily, consistently meeting established productivity and quality standards.
• Adhere to the company’s camera-on policy during working hours to enhance communication and accountability.
• Ensure strict compliance of data entry processes with relevant industry regulations and data security standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of completed tasks, updates, and data entry procedures for reference.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and supervisors to resolve data-related issues, ensuring the continual maintenance of data consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proficient in maintaining a typing speed of 60 WORDS PER MINUTE – Preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in handling collections, complaints, disputes, and help-desk functions within the financial services or property management sector – Preferred.
• Strong background in credit or financial services, showcasing expertise in credit reports, financial data, and relevant terminology – Preferred.
• Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring a steadfast commitment to data accuracy – Preferred.
• Exceptional proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and associated tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, displaying the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in data entry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in posting payments (AR-related task) – Preferred.
• Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, then the new hire is required to render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST).
