Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team for our 6-7 figure Dropshipping business. We operate on Shopify and Pinterest Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into provided spreadsheets and maintaining communication with our suppliers to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Accurately enter and update data in provided sheets and databases.
– Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
– Review and correct data entry errors.
– Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
– Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
– Assist in the preparation of data reports as required.
– Ensure data integrity and consistency across all records.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

As a Data Entry Specialist you have:

– Experience in Google Sheets (Must)
– Experience with different communication platforms (Discord, Zoom) (Must)
– Experience with working with workflows, video trainings (Pre)
– Good communication skills (Must)
– Experience with shopify (Must)

Your duties will be:

– Entering information as needed in the corresponding sheets
– Accepting and requoting quotes for products with the supplier
– Communicating with team members who participate in the same process
– Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays.
– Updating the Google sheet with all neccesary information.
