Job Summary – Data Entry Specialist, Carrier Services
We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and extremely organized individual to work remotely as an Data Entry Assistant to help continue growing our client base. Our ideal candidate will have excellent data manipulation skills, working in Excel applying filters, sorting columns, and recognizing connections between similar rows of data.

What You’ll Do
The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for data entry and maintaining information within our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system; updating spreadsheets daily based on a set of guidelines given for the current project and/or based upon status update emails received from management or team members.
This position is remote, excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight is required.
Demonstrates commitment to project deadlines and company objectives.
Ability to provide timely, courteous, effective status updates, communication and documentation to management and other team members. Inform management of conflicts that affect deadlines for assigned projects or tasks.
Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Technology Requirements to perform job:
(1) Reliable computer system. Desktop or laptop. Two computer monitors/screens recommended to make daily work more comfortable or efficient, but not required.
(2) Reliable Internet service required
(3) Reliable VPN service require

Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to organize and sort data using Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
Strong listening skills. Ability to follow instructions, project guidelines, and company policies required.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize deadlines required.
Coachable as there will be daily call monitoring, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions with the management team.
Technologically savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.
Strong listening skills.
Professional manner and appearance required.
Discretion and confidentiality required.
Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly-changing environment.
