**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous individual to assist in data entry and cleaning tasks while providing essential support to our Salesforce Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business processes.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Entry and Cleaning:**
– Accurate and timely entry of data into various systems and databases.
– Regularly review and clean up existing data to ensure data integrity.
– Identify and correct discrepancies in records.
2. **Salesforce Support:**
– Assist the Salesforce Administrator in maintaining and updating the Salesforce platform.
– Handle routine Salesforce tasks, including data uploads, user support, and report generation.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and consistent use of Salesforce.
3. **Excel Proficiency:**
– Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and manipulate data.
– Create and maintain spreadsheets for various reporting purposes.
– Generate reports and summaries as needed.
4. **Communication and Collaboration:**
– Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator and other team members to understand data requirements.
– Communicate effectively to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
– Collaborate with different departments to support their data needs.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in data entry and data cleaning tasks.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
– Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn.
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
**Education and Experience:**
– High school diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
