Job Title: E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Data Analysis, Entry, and Management)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work UK hours)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM UK time

Salary: $500 per month

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant with strong data analysis and entry skills to support our daily operations. This is a remote, full-time role where the candidate will be responsible for working with various data related to our online retail operation and ensuring it is updated and maintained accurately.

Responsibilities:

– Managing and updating parcel statuses
– Analyzing spreadsheet & data
– Inputting and updating data in our database and spreadsheets regularly and accurately
– Utilizing various software platforms for data entry, analysis, and reporting
– Preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
– Assisting in the creation and maintenance of systems for data management.
– Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in an e-commerce data management role is required.
– Proficiency in data analysis, data entry, and using spreadsheets.
– Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a must.
– Familiarity with other software tools for data management and analysis.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Comfortable with remote work and possesses a reliable internet connection.
– Able to work full time during the specified UK working hours.
– A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently.
– A positive attitude and team player mentality.
