As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Administrative team, the Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems and databases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data, thus affecting decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Data Entry: Inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into our databases and software systems with speed and accuracy.
– Data Verification: Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered to ensure completeness and integrity.
– Data Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining databases by adding, editing, or deleting records as required. – Identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the data to maintain data quality standards.
– File Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic files in accordance with company procedures.
– Documentation: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
– Report Generation: Supporting the generation of routine reports and analyses based on entered data as requested by supervisors.
– Adherence to Deadlines: Meeting or exceeding established deadlines for data entry tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
– Communication: Collaborating effectively with administrative team members and communicating any issues or concerns regarding data quality or integrity.
0 Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications (Preferred) :
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
– Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with data entry software and systems; experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools is preferred.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
– Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

– Work Environment: The Data Entry Assistant will primarily work remotely, and may be expected to work while on camera with the administrative team.
