As we expand, we seek a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our data management tasks, crucial for our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Role Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the weekly collection and organization of data across our client base, which currently includes six businesses. Your main tasks will involve downloading specific reports and converting them into pivot tables for analysis, guided by instructional videos provided by our team. Additionally, you may be tasked with obtaining new types of reports as required, with clear instructions to follow.
In addition to the job of data extraction and organization, we are looking for someone who is familiar with ESP software (like Klaviyo or Sendlane for email marketing) as we also need help doing import & exports for that along with building out email flows. If you have any experience building emails within an ESP like Klaviyo or Sendlane you would be a perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
– Download and organize reports weekly for each client according to instructions.
– Convert data into pivot tables for easy analysis and review.
– Request and manage new report types as directed.
– Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data management tasks.
– May be asked for light analysis of data if possible.
– Import & Export Data from ESPs (Klaviyo or Sendlane)
– Build out email flows in ESP (Klaviyo or Sendlane)
Ideal Qualifications:
– Proficient in basic data handling, with an ability to follow detailed instructions.
– Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
– Strong communication abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
– Prior experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or e-commerce systems like Shopify is a plus, but not required.
