We are looking for someone who considers themselves a data expert to join us as the Data Insight Analyst. Reporting to our Loyalty & Digital Specialist in the Marketing team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
— Provide detailed insights into customer behaviour and personalised audience segments to inform loyalty strategy and strengthen customer relationships.
— Report on marketing campaign performance, membership growth and digital ordering channel performance.
— Utilise/collect data sources to provide understanding of relevant industry trends and competitor/case study analysis.
— Other general duties as directed
Require Skills and Requirements:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet & Power BI
– Ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable insights
– Ability to look beyond the numbers to determine the actual cause/s of the outcome
– Inquisitive mindset and initiative to explore and test new ideas
– Knowledge of marketing concepts and KPIs.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organisation
– Technical Proficiency
– Experience using Google Suite applications
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Must be willing to work Australian hours (Melbourne)
This will be a full time role. It will be performed remotely in an Australian Eastern Standard Time time zone. Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. We can provide some flexibility as required, but you will be online mostly during these hours.
