Key Responsibilities:
Process Automation:
– Develop and implement automation solutions to extract data from websites, Excel files, and other sources.
– Automate data processing and integration into final reports and databases.
– Continuously identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Data Management:
– Maintain and update clients investment portfolios
– Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
– Generate reports and analytics to support business decisions
Client Engagement:
– Assist in developing and executing client engagement strategies
– Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedbacks, and address inquiries
– Support the team and coordinate client meetings, events and webinars
Administrative support:
– Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and transactions
– Assist with documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Collaboration:
– Work closely with the team to align client engagement efforts
– Provide insights and suggestions for improving client experience

Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelors Degree
Experience with data extraction and automation using tools like Python, VBA, or similar technologies.
2 years of working experience in:
o Client engagement via WhatsApp,
o Digital marketing via email outreach campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
o Data management with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (e.g. Pivot Table etc),
o Programming experience (e.g. TradingView/Optuma)
Preferably equipped with:
– Basic stocks, financial products and investment experience
-Knowledge in Stock Charts Fundamental and Technical Analysis (Optional)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as part of the team and deliver results on time
Ability to use AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to boost work productivity
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills/software (training provided) relevant to the role
