As a Data Management Specialist VA, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our inventory and CRM systems. Your tasks will involve:
– Conducting data entry and maintaining our inventory and CRM system.
– Communicating with properties via email, recording relevant information, and organizing data.
– Handling invoice processing, QuickBooks recording, and spreadsheet management.
– Collecting and recording reviews from platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook into a centralized spreadsheet and our CRM system.
– Auditing lead entries by cross-referencing emails and CRM data.
– Implementing and managing email rules to streamline processes.
– Entering and auditing pricing data from various third-party sites into our inventory management system.
– Assisting in setting up property data within the system.
– Ensuring pricing accuracy through meticulous comparison of databases.
– Coordinating with team members through email for task delegation and reminders.
