Data miner (Experience is Required)

We use data to make informed decisions about everything from product development, services to marketing campaigns. We’re looking for skilled data miners to join our team for these industries (Electrical, Exterior Cleaning, Real Estate & Alloys Repair) and help us extract valuable insights from the data we collect.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data mining and analysis, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. He or she will be responsible for developing and implementing data mining plans, as well as conducting analysis to support business decisions. The most successful data miner will be able to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical staff and management.

Job Description:
• Understand business objectives and design data mining solutions that address those objectives
• Data preparation: Cleanse, transform, and merge data from multiple sources for analysis
• Maintain databases/data systems;
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and work with them to incorporate results into decision making
• Stay up-to-date on latest data mining and machine learning methods
• Evaluate new data sources and decide whether they can be used to improve current models
• Monitor performance of existing models and retrain as necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
• With proven track record for data mining, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Office Suite (exceptional spreadsheet skills)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I5, or I5 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
