Data Miner for Building a List of Property Managers

Job Description:

We are a reputable flooring company seeking a skilled data miner to help us compile a targeted list of property managers in the San Gabriel Valley area. This list will be crucial for our outreach campaign, and we want to connect with professionals responsible for maintaining and renovating properties where our flooring solutions might be needed.

Responsibilities:

Researching and identifying property management companies and individual property managers in the targeted cities.
Collecting contact information such as emails, phone numbers, and addresses.
Ensuring that the information is current, accurate, and gathered in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Organizing the data in a readily accessible format, such as a spreadsheet.
Coordinating with our marketing team to understand specific requirements and targets.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in data mining and web scraping.
Knowledge of real estate and property management industries preferred.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, especially concerning privacy and data protection.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using research tools and databases.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Compensation:

Pay rate of $3 per hour.
Potential for longer-term work for a candidate who is able to provide excellent work quality.
