Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for a meticulous and efficient Data Mining Specialist! You’ll be playing a key role, diving deep into the B2B market in the US using a custom-built tool in Google Sheets. Your knack for detailed audience analysis and online research will help us pinpoint the right contacts, ensuring our marketing outreach is spot on! Along the way, you’ll be checking in to keep our data sharp, sharing your industry insights, and teaming up with our project crew to refine our approach.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Review audience details to understand who we are trying to identify and why
Perform online research to identify key contacts at targeted accounts
Use our proprietary data mining tool, built-in Google Sheets to extra key contact details
Check-in with the hiring manager at regular intervals (10%, 25% and 50%) to ensure data accuracy and relevancy
Compile the final list and review for completion and accuracy
Share any insights learned about the audience or industry during the data mining process
Collaborate closely with the project team to address any challenges and refine extraction criteria as necessary.

Basic Skills:
Must have excellent English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
English Score: C2/Advanced Mastery
Prior experience with research, data mining or related fields.
Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of mined data.
Ability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.
Experience using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar
Experience using web research engines like Google and Bing
Experience using communication apps, like Slack
Excellent communication skills for coordinating reviews and addressing feedback.
Desired Technical Skills:
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us. If you have the following skills, this can help you
Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Mastery of functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques in Google Sheets. Familiarity with data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and chart creation.
Web Scraping: Ability to use tools and scripts to extract information from websites and online directories.
Data Cleaning & Pre-processing: Skills in cleaning and transforming raw data into a usable format. Handling missing data, removing duplicates, and filtering irrelevant information.
Regular Expressions: Proficiency in using regular expressions for pattern matching and data extraction.
Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a full-time position
Work hours can be set by you, however you must be available between 6am-7am Manila Time to coordinate projects and answer questions

Salary:
P12,000 per week
($210.99)
Perks & Benefits:
Once you complete 6-months probation, you will receive a 10% pay increase with a similar review at 12-months.
