About this Role:
We’re on the hunt for someone who is passionate, super organized with exceptional attention to detail to join our company as a Data Operation Assistant. This role is critical in ensuring the data on our systems are accurate. especially related to the inventory records. To ensure our company gets the correct data for the analysis and report.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data operations
• Responsible for the data systems and processes working correctly, including data collection, integration, and processing.
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy.
• Monitor and Maintain the data transfer between platforms (Internal systems, Google sheets and Excel)

Inventory operation
• Maintain inventory data, which includes purchase records, pack-slip records, receiving records, and stock adjustment records.
• Ensure that inventory data is current and correct across multiple data platforms, such as Dropbox Excel files, Google Spreadsheets and Operation System.
• Verify stock records
• Data support & Other data entry tasks as assigned.

Skills & experience:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Min 1-2 years Working Experience in logistic/purchasing/supply chain
Excellent Excel processing skills
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
Professional and courteous communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a high-paced team environment
The ability to prioritize work in a time-sensitive environment
Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships
Good understanding of the relationship between data flows and business processes

Competencies:

*Home Working Environment: Stable and fast internet connection

*Inventory Experience: Exhibits the ability to read and interpret inventory reports, sales reports, and packing slips

*Data Processing
Know how to use database software to find records, sort, review, edit, print, and other functions
Know how to use built-in forms and reports in a database
Explore the software and learn various functions and features

*Informing
Provides the information people need to know to do their jobs and to feel good about being a member of the team, unit, and/or the organisation
Is timely with information

*Attention To Details
Ensure accurate information, high level of concentration

*Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 6pm in New Zealand time (It will be 5 hours ahead of Philippines)
