The Data Operations | Marketing role will be responsible for all things data visibility, reporting, dashboarding, and continuous improvement-related – helping to turn our marketing tech stack and data into a world-class system that will take top of the funnel leads and turn them into real opportunities. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is power the marketing machine data insights behind our mission of helping 1,000 law firms grow by $1 million each — a 1 billion dollar impact over the next 5 years.
What you’ll do:
Day-to-Day:
Building and maintaining list segments in Salesforce, Hubspot, and ActiveCampaign to ensure the right people are getting the right messaging and promotions
Xink Admin
Setup email signatures for new hire team members and remove for those no longer with the business. Update email signature creative
Add/Remove New Employees to Website
Add new employees to our company website using content provided by marketing team collaborators/remove them if they are no longer with the business
Create Landing Pages for CSM / Coaching Team
Create profile landing pages for new client-facing team members
Front Inbox Management
Clean auto replied emails from shared email inboxes, process unsubscribes, process invalid emails
Podcast Emails
Draft and send podcast emails
Weekly Newsletter
Draft and send weekly newsletter
Various Email Blasts
Update email template(s) and send to clients
Launch Podcast Episode + Tile
Launch podcast episode page on our company website and other strategic areas
Email Tracking
Input email sending analytics into Google Sheet for all email sends
Unsubscribe Management
Unsubscribe leads from email marketing across all email channels
Blog
Post blog(s) on key sites
Event Mailing List(s)
Download, format, and send key event mailing lists to other marketing collaborators
Address Maintenance
Ensure addresses are updated for all event-related mailings invitees
Visibility, Dashboarding, and Performance Insights:
Design and create strategies for measuring departmental productivity and KPIs based on both daily activities and final results/outcomes, using automations as much as possible
Create and produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD analysis that is published with the Managers, Directors, and CEO’s office
Create and manage departmental dashboards, capturing trends and performance of each employee plus all marketing KPI and initiatives, as well as insights to the “why” and proposed solutions for improvement
Communicate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary to identify parameters and requirement gather on a regular basis for new reporting requests
Record all issues that hamper productivity and work with the appropriate department head to overcome constraints
Ensure compliance, quality, consistency, and delivery timeliness of reports, dashboards, and intelligence
Marketing and Sales Connection:
Liaise with the client fulfillment team to ensure that clients have a world-class experience in the transition from sales to client services
Oversee the marketing funnel and implementing changes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
Maximize our marketing investments by ensuring that no inbound leads fall through the cracks
Develop and automate CRM and marketing operations platforms to align the database with various parts of the customer buying funnel
Own and manage all marketing operations systems and processes including auditing, developing, and evangelizing to the marketing and sales teams
Data Cleanliness:
Cleaning and maintaining databases
Tool and Platform Innovation:
Evolving the martech stack and tool integrations for efficiency
We’re looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or like field and actual, practical experience in data analysis and reporting
Six Sigma or similar (preferred)
Have a proven track record of inbound marketing experience in a B2B environment
5+ years of hands-on experience in creating dynamic, complex reports and relaying content of said reports to leadership and CEO, and making recommendations about departmental improvement
Experience in working with at least $50M+ of volume and 1000 accounts
Platforms Experience Required:
HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign
Some AI-/automated-analytics platform such as Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Pardot
Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, and other data management capabilities)
Platforms Experience Nice to Have:
Social Media Paid Advertising
