Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The objective of this role is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the organization’s data. The role focuses on identifying and correcting data discrepancies, maintaining high data quality standards, and implementing processes to prevent future data issues. This includes merging duplicate data, flagging and correcting incorrectly tagged data, and identifying and deleting redundant data.
Job Description:
Maintain and optimize contact database by Identifying and correcting inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicate entries in datasets.
Implement and monitor data quality standards and procedures.
Analyze data to understand its structure, content, and quality.
Validate data to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data compliance with standards.
Create detailed reports summarizing data quality issues and improvements.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Work with other teams to understand data needs and improve data quality.
Use advanced data analysis and data cleansing tools to enhance data quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in data quality, data management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data analysis and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and validating data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve data quality issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with other teams.
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for data quality processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data privacy standards relevant to data management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve data quality.
