We are an international, multi-channel retailer and we are growing quickly primarily through the Amazon channel. Job description
The role involves the download, management and processing of data from Amazon seller in order to support the finance department in daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate would be happy completing structured tasks that repeat weekly/monthly and have strong excel skills, good attention to detail and an ability to store and manage data. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.

Key responsibilities include:
• Daily reporting download from ERP (SAP BusinessByDesign)
• Download, management and analysis of weekly Amazon sales data and prepare for reporting (weekly)
• Download and reporting of sales and stock listings per week across the various markets to facilitate regular replenishment between our warehouses/Amazon (weekly)
• Analysis and reporting of stock availability across multiple markets (weekly)
• Download of monthly Amazon finance reporting, analyse and prepare for upload to ERP system (monthly)
• Download of monthly Amazon advertising reporting, analyse and prepare for upload to ERP system (monthly)
• Preparation of data for sales tax returns filings (monthly)
• Preparation of data for license returns filings (monthly)
• Other ad hoc analysis and insights as required

Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience of Amazon seller central beneficial
• Quick learner, IT literate, specifically in relation to Excel where the candidate must be proficient at all key excel functions including but not limited to pivot tables, simifs, lookup functions.
• An ability to automate reporting is beneficial.
• Experience in a consumer product based business with a high SKU count is beneficial
• The candidate should have excellent numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
Given the entrepreneurial nature of the business, the candidate should be able to deal with change, actively prioritise responsibilities and work to meet changing deadlines.
