Introduction:
We are looking for an E-commerce / marketing data reporting specialist to join our marketing team in the US. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making process. You will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and availability of marketing and sales data across all client accounts. This role demands a meticulous and analytical approach to collecting, setting up, and reporting on critical data from various digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Data Oversight:
Assist in the collection and management of marketing technology data to support strategic decisions.
Paid Media Optimization:
Ensure proper setup of Paid Media accounts (including Meta ads, Google Ads) to accurately capture click and purchase events.
Monitor and optimize data collection methods to improve campaign performance and ROI.
CRM Data Management:
Oversee the correct implementation of CRM systems for tracking lead generation and sales conversions.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure data integrity and usability.
Google Tag Manager:
Administer and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) setting up new tags, and associated triggers.
Google Analytics Expertise:
Administer and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for advanced tracking and reporting.
Develop custom GA4 events to capture key interactions, interests, and sales activities.
Real-Time Reporting:
Utilize Databox (/) to create and maintain real-time reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
Simplify complex data into actionable insights for various team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Databox or similar reporting tools is preferred, though not required.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and willingness to adjust to rapidly changing business priorities.
