Who we are:
Connex Partner’s is a sixteen year old business information firm based in New York City’s financial district that consults Human Capital Leaders from Fortune 1K Corporations as well as the vendors that serve them.

We’re looking for:
An EXCEPTIONAL full time research assistant who is fluent in English. The right candidate does not need to sound like a native English speaker, but it is essential that they can articulate, write and communicate clearly in English with their team.

Responsibilities:
*To efficiently and accurately search and locate contact information for lists of Senior Executives that are provided by the team leader. We will train the right candidate on our suite of “best in class” technology platforms to assist with all functions of this job. We want to bring someone onto the team who is a self starter and who gets excited about optimizing existing processes and workflows.
*Be available to work our office hours, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time
*Coordinate any issues or improvement with the team

Requirements
*Excels at doing online research and sourcing contact information.
*Possess a high degree of accountability and organization with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
*Able to follow detailed instructions EXTREMELY well, and efficiently.
*Can easily adapt our product knowledge and internal processes.
*Strong retention of information and can work independently with minimum supervision.
*Background with Boolean Search Method and/or other sophisticated methods of indexing Google and other databases (preferred but not required)
*Proactive and always looking for new ways to optimize the execution of everyday tasks.
*Be proficient with technology, and learn new platforms.
*Have a reliable internet connection that meets the minimum necessary download and upload speeds to work remotely without interruption.
