Position: Data Researcher/Data Entry Specialist

Location: Remote

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Researcher/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on researching companies and internships in the Fort Collins, Colorado region, specifically for mechanical engineering students interested in aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing. Your primary responsibility will be to gather detailed information about hiring positions and hiring managers and input this data into a shared Excel spreadsheet.

Responsibilities:
Research companies, internships, and recruiters primarily in the Fort Collins, Colorado region within the fields of aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing.
Identify and document available internship and job positions for mechanical engineering students.
Gather information about each position, including required skills, salary, work experience, and job responsibilities.
Research hiring managers, including their educational background, previous positions, and social media profiles (LinkedIn, Github, personal websites).
Input collected data into a shared Excel spreadsheet accurately and promptly.
Provide regular updates on the research process and suggest any improvements.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in conducting online research using Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Available to work 20 hours per week (Sunday – Saturday).

Salary and Incentives:
Base Pay: $3.00/hour.

Tier 1: Basic Incentive
Eligibility: Complete a minimum of 50 accurate and complete data entries per week. Ensure timely submission.
Reward: $0.05 per entry.
Tier 2: Advanced Incentive
Eligibility: Complete over 100 accurate and complete data entries per week. Maintain high quality of detail such as finding all social media for 90% of recruiters and writing a minimum of 5 sentences description for each job.
Reward: $0.10 per entry.
