As a tech fitness startup, we need someone who can hit the ground running, create and maintain data dashboards, and help deliver actionable insights to our data team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and optimize data dashboards to provide real-time insights into key business metrics.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data dashboards align with business objectives.
– Clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful visualizations and reports.
– Monitor data accuracy and quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
– Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders at the executive level.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data dashboard development.
– Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
– Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
– Experience with data modeling and database design.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
– A passion for fitness and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Skills:
– Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
– Experience with Python or similar for data manipulation and analysis.
– Domain-specific knowledge in the fitness or health industry.
