Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist Consultant to work with our team and play a crucial role in the development and continuous refinement of our AI product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up testing scenarios, recommending products, and working with early-stage startups. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our AI models are rigorously tested, optimized, and deliver the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Validation:
– Design, implement, and manage testing scenarios for our AI models to ensure robustness and reliability.
– Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate model changes and enhancements.

Model Refinement:
– Continuously analyze model performance and provide actionable insights for refinement.
– Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate feedback and improvements into the AI architecture.
– Implement iterative testing and refinement processes to ensure optimal model performance.

Product Recommendations:
– Leverage data analysis to provide recommendations on product features and enhancements.
– Identify and evaluate potential AI tools and technologies that can enhance our product capabilities.
– Work closely with product management to align AI capabilities with business goals and user needs.

Collaboration and Communication:
– Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders.
– Communicate complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
– Proven experience working in early-stage startups, with a track record of successfully setting up and managing testing scenarios.
– Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
– Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and model validation.
– Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
– Strong English communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
